Our primary goal is to make your spa experience perfect so please consider the following information.

What if i’m late? Planning ahead and arriving on time means you will experience the full pleasure of your chosen treatment, without limiting your treatment time. we understand that on occasion, your appointment may need to change. we require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or full treatment cost will be incurred. your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Communicating your preferences Your time with us is all about you! we want you to have the best experience possible, so whether it is the music, temperature of the massage stones or room, or the pressure of your massage, please tell us as this will help provide you with the best day spa experience possible.

Group bookings Group bookings are most welcome - enquire with reception. why not consider booking out the spa for your next special occasion? Hens nights and christmas parties are our specialty.

Whisper zone To safeguard your relaxation and that of other guests, please turn off your mobile phone and speak softly. however if you are expecting an important call, please notify reception so we may be able to assist you

Therapists If you prefer either a male or female therapist, don’t hesitate to ask. also, if you have enjoyed the services of a particular therapist on a prior visit, feel free to request him or her.

Public Holidays are subject to a 15% surcharge

Age restrictions We do not place minimum age restrictions on our guests as we would like to be available to all, but we do ask that you are considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum. child minding can be arranged on request, just ask!

Valuables Jewellery will need to be removed during your treatment, so why not leave it at home? management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables or money brought onto the premises.

Medical conditions if you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book your appointment. certain treatments may not be advisable for you.

Eco-awareness being respectful of your environment is part of the spa experience. use only the number of towels and disposables necessary.

Mixing activities and spa-going on the day of your treatment, try to stay out of the sun and avoid alcoholic beverages. also, don’t schedule a physically demanding activity immediately after your spa appointment. when in doubt, ask whether it is advisable to engage in a particular activity prior/post to your appointment.
