eyelash extensions

Not to be confused with the self-stick strip falsies that are a single-event accessory, these semi-permanent, either synthetic and silk extensions are glued one by one onto the natural lash (not the skin) by using a specially formulated glue that last 2-4 weeks.

Single eyelashes are applied to your own natural eyelash to achieve a beautiful full luscious and long set of lashes that are natural and you won't even know they are there.

Silk gives a natural look, whilst synthetic can give a more fuller dramatic look, the choice is yours

How Long do they last?
We would generally say a set will last 2-4 weeks. Your eyelash extensions, under normal circumstances and care, should fall off with the natural lashes they are attached to, not before. There are some things you can do (like making good health choices) that can affect the growth rate of your lashes but much of it is genetic.
Natural eyelashes grow in and fall out in cycles (every 30 to 60 days). When a natural lash matures and falls out, a new lash has already been growing and quickly replaces it without us noticing the turnover. Most people will typically shed between one and five natural lashes each day, depending on their individual growth cycles. Since your eyelash extensions are attached to the natural lashes, they will each shed whenever the natural lash they are attached to reaches the end of its growth cycle – which varies.

Does anything else affect my results?
When new lash extensions are applied, they must stay dry for the first 48 hours to give the adhesive time to fully bond. Products containing oils (plus the oils from your own skin if you frequently touch your lashes) and waterproof mascaras should also be avoided the entire time you have eyelash extensions as they can weaken the adhesive bond.
Swimming in chlorinated water may have some premature extension loss as may someone who receives frequent facials (weekly) or uses a steam room daily. If you sleep on your face or side, you could also lose some extensions early because of the constant friction against your pillow throughout the night!
