We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation of any treatment or therapy, or unfortunately full treatment cost will be incurred. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Please choose carefully – Changing your mind.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. 
This includes therapies, products, pre-payments and gift vouchers. 
We may at the owner’s discretion offer an alternative treatment or therapy if we are able. 
Unopened products may at the owners discretion be exchanged, but a 10% stocking fee may apply. 
Any products that have been opened cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

Faulty Products
Should a product be proven faulty you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty.

Reactions to Products
Should you have a reaction to a product, but the product itself is not faulty we will contact the manufacturer and assist you as much as possible.

Service difficulties
Should you have a problem with any of our therapies or treatments, please let us know during the treatment so we may have the opportunity of fixing the problem immediately. 
If for any reason you do not notify us until after you have left your treatment, please contact us immediately, so that we may discuss your concerns and find the best solution.
