Our primary goal is to make your Spa experience perfect so please consider the following: Mobile Phones We are a mobile phone free zone, however if you are expecting an important call, please notify reception so we may be able to assist you. What if I’m late? Planning ahead and arriving on time means you will experience the full pleasure of your chosen treatment, without limiting your treatment time. We understand that on occasion, your appointment may need to change. We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Age Restrictions We do not place minimum age restrictions on our guests as we would like to be available to all, but we do ask that you are considerate of others and keep noise to a minimum. Child minding can be arranged on request, just ask! Valuables Please leave your valuables at home. Jewellery will need to be removed during your treatment, so why not leave it at home? Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables or money of any kind brought onto the premises. |
